MSM and Fibromyalgia

I take MSM daily to help with my fibromyalgia.  It particularly helps with the brain fog that I used to experience.  Before I found out that I had fibromyalgia I went to the Doctor on three separate occasions to find out if I had some type of dementia.
Fibromyalgia is a very cruel condition.  We with fibromyalgia suffer from a myriad of aches and pains to the extent that we hurt all over and the usual pain killers are to no avail.  We suffer from over-whelming tiredness to the point where we feel completely exhausted and may sit in the one place for hours, not knowing what we have been doing.  We also have depression and anxiety which creates a vicious cycle of pain, depression, pain, anxiety – mainly because the simplest thing like doing the dishes can take over an hour.
There are many different medications to take for all the different ailments but not one tablet for fibromyalgia.  Even though I was diagnosed by a specialist – my Doctor maintains that we need to treat every sympton separately.  I have to admit that I feel much better after changing to my new Doctor.  
Because I like to be natural and healthy, I also supplement with MSM, DMSO, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Honey, Ginger, Garlic and Apple Cider Vinegar.
